The Asher is a fantastic place to experience Minneapolis. With friendly neighbors, close proximity to Downtown, easy access to the Chain Lakes and a vibrant neighborhood, it really is one of the better spots in the city. Management closely monitors cleanliness and smooth operation while still being friendly every day. Resident events are common and really help make the building feel like a mini neighborhood. For anyone trying to see what Minneapolis has to offer, I recommend the Asher as a launching point.

Im very happy to have called the Asher home for 4.5 years. The tenants are friendly; my apartment and the building are beautiful and well maintained. Access to biking/walking paths, shopping and public transportation cant be beaten. The tenant events, large or small, are greatly appreciated. I especially like being greeted by Maria and Zach when I enter or leave the building! They work hard to make it feel like a community, not just a building.

The Asher has been my home for 2.5 years and there are so many reasons why. The staff is phenomenal. My toddler absolutely loves visiting Maria and Zach at their desks. She also enjoys finding Erika, cleaning, or running into maintenance in the halls. Al and Javier are always so wonderful with her. The community here is homey; and the events Maria and Zach put on for us really bring us together. The amenities here are the icing on the cake. I also personally love the location. Walking distance to the lakes, many shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars, etc. The Asher is by far one of the best places to call home. I honestly couldn't love this place more.

I have truly enjoyed living in this community. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and cared for, which makes it a great place to call home. One thing that stands out is how welcoming they are to my dog they genuinely care about their residents, including the four-legged ones! The management and maintenance teams are friendly, responsive, and professional. Any maintenance requests Ive submitted have been addressed quickly, and communication has always been excellent. Its reassuring to know that concerns are taken seriously and handled promptly. Overall, this has been a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and pet-friendly community.
