Pets under 35lbs:
Pet Rent: $30 a month
One Time Pet Fee: $400

Pets 36lbs and over:
Pet Rent: $50 a month
One Time Pet Fee: $500

All breeds are welcome with the Canine Good Citizen award from AKC. Breed restrictions apply without proper certification.
